Participants acknowledge that dance is a physical skill-based activity that involves the risk of injuries. You hereby acknowledge that you are aware of the risk of injuries/accidents involved and by purchasing this course, you hereby declare yourself to be physically sound.
By purchasing this course, you hereby waive , release and forever discharge the TERENCE LEWIS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE instructors, employees , representatives and assigns from any and all responsibilities or liabilities with respect to any injuries or damages resulting from participation.
Participants are responsible for their own network connections/ data charges. Any classes, or part of classes, missed due to faulty connections/network signal failures or other technological issues at the participants’ end are the participant’s own liability and TLPTI will not be liable to make up the missed class or portion.
In case of faulty connections at TLPTI’s end, a replacement module may be offered at an alternate date and time.
The participant hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
All copyrights with regard to choreography are held exclusively by TLPTI and the participant hereby agrees that the choreography cannot be exploited for monetary benefit without the express written permission of TLPTI. The participant is permitted to use the choreography for promotional and publicity purposes provided due credit is given to TLPTI.
Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.
